Planning a special holiday? Having a quiet year?
As part of your employment package you have a fixed amount of holiday. But maybe you need more, perhaps because you are planning that special trip? Don’t worry – you can choose to buy up to five days of extra holiday each year.
While SAP encourages you to take your full amount of holiday, there can be some years where you just don’t get round to it. If you think that might be the case, at the start of the year you can choose to sell up to five days of your holiday allowance and take it as cash instead.
