We refer to cash compensation as the “Total Target Cash” (TTC). The TTC reflects the underlying “role value” relative to the external labour market. SAP supports external competitiveness through the use of local ranges based upon a global framework. The TTC consists of a base salary and a target bonus. Each job title and grade level combination has a TTC range (site only accessible from SAP network) associated with it. You can review your current TTC in Success Map -under People Profile ->> Compensation; or in the Compensation Statement also found in Success Map.
