Whatever your concern, SAP’s Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is here to help, whether you want to talk to someone about a particular problem or use the new app to look after your wellbeing day-by-day. It is a free, confidential service available 24 hours a day every day of the year provided by Health Assured.

Manage your wellbeing through the My Healthy Advantage app

You can download the app to get:

  • Support videos and webinars
  • Mood tracker
  • Four-week plans to help with things like losing weight or quitting smoking
  • Mini health checks
  • Work life assistance

There’s also a live chat function and celebrity guest speakers such as Dame Kelly Holmes, Ruby Wax and Gareth Thomas who share their struggles with mental, financial and physical wellbeing.

Downloading and registering is really easy. Just follow these simple instructions. You’ll need the code sent in your November benefits update email.

The EAP service can also be contacted, completely confidentially, on 0800 030 5182, any time of the day or year. Alternatively, log on to the website at healthassuredeap.co.uk (username: SAP, password: UK).
